We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Source Robotics. If you are not, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused or unworn, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. For more information, please review our Warranty Policy.

To start a return, contact us at info@source-robotics.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided by our team. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

When your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. A valid reason for the return is required in order to process it.

Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Custom or personalized products (e.g. special orders).

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

- Sale items and gift cards.

- Kits that have been opened by the customer

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Important: If you are eligible for a return but the original shipping cost for your order exceeded €50, that portion of the shipping cost will not be refunded.
