Price for European union countries is listed with VAT included. For Croatia VAT is calculated on checkout. For All other countries customer is responsible all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.
Customers are expected to pay any amount charged by the government or customs at the destination. This includes but is not limited to: duties, taxes, and any extra fees charged by the courier company. Source robotics will not be held responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped.
Customs policies vary widely. Source robotics is unable to advise what the cost may be for your country. Therefore, please contact your local customs office or the corresponding logistics company for more information.

If any customers refuse to pay the above charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be deleted from the order amount, any remaining funds will be refunded.
The cost of shipping will be calculated on checkout. No taxes are included for customers outside of the Europe. Import taxes are to be applied upon arrival, based on local country laws.
Customers with shipping addresses outside the Europe are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.
Shipping rates can be weight-based or price based depending on product, shipping security taken by source robotics and shipping comapny.
In-stock orders will be shipped within 3 business days of order placement unless otherwise noticed.
Shipping esimates might be delayed as described in our terms of service.
All orders placed after 4PM CEST will be processed next bussines day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Normally we do not process same day shipments. If in an emergency contact us.
For modifying your order, please contact us within 12 hours of order placement.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Source Robotics will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the shipment.
